
Exams Officers can check Special Consideration grading from a several sources:
Special Considerations Online Tool (SCOT):
If the centre has applied using the online tool, they can check the confirmation page, which will show the status of the application. The status will show whether it has been accepted, rejected, pending or withdrawn.
For GCE/GCSE qualifications, a component results report can be downloaded from Edexcel Online, the PDF version of the report will show whether Special Consideration has been applied, this applies to timetabled and non-timetabled examinations or groups requests.
To access the list, please see the below steps.
1. Log onto Edexcel Online.
2. Select your qualification (GCE/GCSE) from the drop-down box and choose 'Results' then 'Reports - Bulk Download':

3. Choose your session, then 'Component Results' - you can choose more than one report if you wish. When ticked, click 'Submit':
4. The report will appear in your Edexcel Online 'mailbox' (located in the upper right corner of the page) within 2 hours:

5. On the CSV version of the report, the special considerations mark will be shown in column 'O' (SpecCon) after the Maximum (component marks) column:
