I have certificates missing; what can I do?

Please ensure you are aware of the certificate release dates which can be found in the support article Certificates: Receipt Dates or in the Key Dates section of the Information manual.

If it is past these dates, please contact your Customer Service Specialist who will be able to track them and contact you with an update within two working days.

You can also check to see if results are showing on Edexcel Online, as no overall results will mean no certificate will generate.

Once printed, replacement certificates are usually delivered within ten days. If the certificates have not been received after ten days, then please contact us again, and we will investigate this further.
