Edexcel Online profile options
To access the bulk reporting tool, you will require the EOL profile option of 'BTEC Bulk Grade Reporting' added to your account by the main Exams Officer/ Centre Administrator. This is permitted in the following situations:
Where a user has one of the following job roles and has the profile 'Coursework & Portfolio':
- Head of Department/Course Leader
- Instructor/Teacher/Lecturer
- Quality Nominee
- Quality Officer
- Vocational Co-Ordinator
- Vice Principal
Once the 'BTEC Bulk Grade Reporting' access is granted, these users will have access to the BTEC Bulk Grade Reporting tool and be able to download the spreadsheets(s) and upload them for validation and submission by the examination/administration teams.
Where a user has one of the following job roles and has the profile 'BTEC/NVQ Achievement Reporting':
- Examination Manager
- Examination Officer
- Examination Assistant
- Head of Centre
- Deputy Head of Centre
- Centre Co-Ordinator/Administrator
These users will have full access to the service (downloading/submitting spreadsheets).
Please note: if the user has no job role defined, then they do not see the profile option in the menu.
