If you have received certificates that you believe have been issued to your centre in error, please create a case and provide the following information:
- Candidate Name
- Registration/Candidate Number
- Programme Title
Please also include the reason that you believe the certificates should not have been issued, and a Customer Service Specialist will investigate and update your case within 2 working days.
If you are instructed by Pearson to return the certificates, please use the address below and include a covering letter that includes your case reference number:
