If a certificate has been lost within the centre and a replacement is required, please create a case record and include the following details:
- Centre number
- Candidate/registration number
- Candidate name
- Qualification
- Exam series (if applicable)
- Reason for replacement
You will receive a replacement within 10-14 days working days. | |

Students
If a candidate has lost their certificate or wants another copy, they can order this directly through the Certificate services section of our website here.
The fee for students submitting a replacement certificate requests are:
- Standard replacement certificate UK delivery - £55
- Priority replacement certificate UK delivery - £75

We aim to complete applications within 20 working days for standard applications and 5 working days for priority; however this may take longer in during busy periods.
