Please select from the following options:

 

International Centres

If a certificate has been lost within the centre and a replacement is required, please create a case with the below details:
  • Centre number 
  • Candidate/registration number 
  • Candidate name 
  • Qualification 
  • Exam series (if applicable)
  • Reason for replacement

Students

If a candidate has lost their certificate or wants another copy, they can order this directly through the Certificate Services section of our website here. 

The fees for students submitting a replacement certificate request are:
  • Standard replacement certificate International delivery - £77
  • Priority replacement certificate International delivery - £98
  • Customised letter International delivery - £134
  • Additional copies and delivery addresses will be charged in addition and total cost will be displayed upon checkout.

We aim to complete applications within 20 working days for standard applications and 5 working days for priority, however, this may take longer in during busy periods.
