International Centres
If a certificate has been lost within the centre and a replacement is required, please create a case with the below details:
- Centre number
- Candidate/registration number
- Candidate name
- Qualification
- Exam series (if applicable)
- Reason for replacement

Students
If a candidate has lost their certificate or wants another copy, they can order this directly through the Certificate Services section of our website here.
The fees for students submitting a replacement certificate request are:
- Standard replacement certificate International delivery - £77
- Priority replacement certificate International delivery - £98
- Customised letter International delivery - £134
- Additional copies and delivery addresses will be charged in addition and total cost will be displayed upon checkout.
