Series Linked Qualifications
All certificate receipt dates are located in the key dates spreadsheet on our website here, or in the key dates section of the Pearson Information manual here.

If it is past this date, please create a case record, and a Customer Services Specialist will be able to track this for you and provide an update within two working days.
You can also check if results are showing on Edexcel Online, as a certificate will not be produced if there are no results against a candidate.

Non-Series Linked Qualifications
Non-series linked BTEC (BTEC Specialist and BTEC Professional) certificates are released for printing within 14 working days of the claim being made, pending a 'Released' Standards Verifier report on Edexcel Online.
If you have not received the certificate(s) within 14 working days of the print date showing on Edexcel Online, please create a case record, and a Customer Services Specialist will provide an update within two working days.
