I'm having trouble submitting payment for my replacement certificate on your website.

Please try using a different web browser, i.e. google chrome rather than internet explorer, also ensure the card you are using is one of the following that we accept: 
  • Visa
  • Amex
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro Int.
Also, please ensure that there are enough funds in the account to pay for the service requested.

If you still have issues, we can take manual payment over the telephone; please create a new case record if you require this. Please ensure that you include your application reference number in all correspondence to us.

Please note: it can take up to 5 days for a response during busy periods.
