Why have my certificates been blocked? I have a SV report stating they can be released.

If you have a report that shows that a specific program and learners certificates can be released, please create a case record and attach a copy of the SV report to the record.
A Customer Services Specialist will investigate the issue further with our Quality Standards department and contact you with an update within two working days.
For all other instances regarding certification blocks, please create a case, and a Customer Services Specialist will update the case within two working days.
