After you have submitted your internally assessed marks and learner work sample, this work will be externally moderated.
You will then receive a draft moderator report sent via email to Exams Officers (listed as the point of contact within Edexcel Online) and Quality Nominees.
Please ensure your contacts for these roles are up to date on Edexcel Online.
All draft moderator reports will be sent by 17 June.
If you have not received your report by 17 June:
- Check that marks have been submitted on Edexcel Online and sample work has been uploaded to Learner Work Transfer by 15 May.
- After these checks you should contact the moderator no earlier than 17 June, who can share your draft moderator report. Details on finding their contact details are here.
- Your moderator can only help with queries about the delivery of the draft moderator report and the sampling of work. Contact us through the Pearson support portal for any other questions.
Should marks need to be adjusted:
- You can adjust marks on Edexcel Online until 28th June. Guidance on how to complete this activity is here. If you choose not to adjust your marks in line with the feedback given, this will be done for you in time for results to be issued.
- Further guidance on the moderation process can be found on our website.
- You can also refer to our key dates schedule for a detailed look at all deadlines and key dates or visit our key dates page.
- If you are unhappy with the outcome of your moderation, you can request a review of moderation once results are issued to Learners.
