6. The reports associated with the current year should be visible; however, the registration year can be selected from a drop-down box to view previous reports. To access a report, click on the hyperlink in the 'Report' column in the table; the SV report will then open:
- If the status shows 'Not yet fully sampled', then a full sample has not taken place, and certification cannot be released.
- If the status shows 'Outstanding', then we are still awaiting the report to be uploaded by the SV.
- If the status shows as 'Certification Pending - Centre Action Required ', the SV has identified inaccurate assessment in one or more learners. Therefore, A second sample is required.
- If the report status shows as 'Released', you can click on this, and it will download the report.
