| If you became the sole exams officer/centre administrator after 18 November 2022, or if you wish to edit existing exams administration staff accounts, please ask your Head of Centre to complete a previously communicated spreadsheet and the Head of Centre Declaration form . If you or your Head of Centre hasn’t received the previous communication/spreadsheet or you would like it to be re-sent, please email eprocessing@pearson.com quoting your centre number. Once we have received your request, we will conduct a secure ring-back to ensure that all examination staff accounts within Edexcel Online are correct. |
Change in centre details (head of the centre, centre name/address)
UK Centres
If there has been a change in the centre name, address or head of the centre, you will need to complete the relevant Pearson details change request form and the Pearson Centre agreement form. Please create a case to request any required forms, and a Customer Services Specialist will respond with the required forms within 2 working days. | |
International Centres
| To request a change of centre details, please contact your Regional Development Manager (RDM) or create a case. A Customer Services Specialist will respond within 2 working days with the required Centre Detail Change Request form. Please ensure that all relevant sections of the form have been completed, you have read the terms and conditions and completed section 11 - Signature and Declaration. |
