Change in Head of Centre or Deputy Head of Centre

To amend an existing Edexcel Online account or create a new account for the following roles, centres must complete the Head of Centre Declaration form:
- Head of Centre
- MAT CEO
- Deputy Head of Centre
- Vice Principle
The online form must be completed by an existing EOL user with one of the above roles or an exams role.
If the centre does not have a user on Edexcel Online to make the changes, they must complete the and return it by creating a customer support case.

Change in centre name or address details
UK Centres

If there has been a change in the centre name, address or head of the centre, you will need to complete the relevant Pearson details change request form and the Pearson Centre agreement form.
Please create a customer support case to request any required forms; a Customer Services Specialist will respond with the required forms within two working days.

International Centres
 |
Regional Development Managers (RDMs) will support International centres directly with applying for New Centre or Qualification Approvals.
If the centre needs to add or update the Edexcel Online users for the following roles:
- Head of Centre
- MAT CEO
- Deputy Head of Centre
- Vice Principle
Then please complete the Head of Centre Declaration form. Edexcel Online access is required.
If the centre needs to add or update the Edexcel Online users for Exams staff, they can do this in Edexcel Online. For detailed instructions, please see: Edexcel Online: Changing/Amending An Account.
If the centre does not have a user on Edexcel Online to make the changes, please complete the and return it by creating a customer support case.
