If the head of the centre disagrees with the decision made and reasonably believes that Pearson has not followed all due procedures, please complete our online form which is available on our qualifications website. The JCQ Appeals guidance document can be downloaded below for further support.
Please note: The appeal should be made within two calendar weeks of receiving the original decision letter and should set out clearly and concisely the grounds for the appeal. Appeals made after this timeframe may be rejected.
