If you have received your results but are experiencing any of the below error messages, please contact your MIS/SIMS provider as they may need to update your system.
Error messages:
- Aspect not in range
- Grade not expected
- Grade set error messages
You will then need to download the most updated version of basedata from our website here. The results should then be imported with no issues.
If you continue to have problems, please create a new case record including all the details of the errors and you will receive an update from a Customer Services Specialist within two working days. |
